Observers there will see (appx.) 53s of totality!

Official Plans for viewing the eclipse from Thermopolis

Thermopolis is planning some eclipse activities!

A couple of events that have already been scheduled are:

  • August 18th:  Friday Night ArtStroll, downtown Thermopolis 5:00-8:00pm
  • August 19th:  Annual Demolition Derby, 6:00pm at the HSC Fairgrounds

Jessica Slagle is the office assistant at the Thermopolis Chamber of Commerce and visitor center.  We are so excited that Thermopolis, Wyoming is within the path of totality for the 2017 Eclipse!!
