Robinson is a small community with a population of only 235 ish. We are located just 1 mile south off of 36 Highway in northeast Kansas. We are 9 miles from Hiawatha, Kansas, a city of approximately 3,000. We invite you to come join us for the 2017 solar eclipse.

We have 144 20' x 20' spaces available for rent on the football field here in Robinson, Kansas. This is a PRIME viewing area for the eclipse on the 21st as it is located under the path of totality. According to the 2017 eclipse website we can anticipate 2 minutes and 35 seconds of darkness.

These spaces are available August 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd for $150.oo PER DAY to be paid via PayPal in advance, NON REFUNDABLE.

We highly recommend that you plan to come in and set up 2 days prior to the actual eclipse as they are predicting major traffic issues the day prior to and the day of the eclipse. You will be assigned a lot number and are asked to set up on ONLY that space.

The spaces are for TENTS ONLY camping. No pets please.

There are no restrooms on the grounds but arrangements have been made to have the public restrooms open at the baseball field 3 blocks away.

There will be access to our local small, community store during the 5 days. The store carries a large variety of foods and drinks. Go to Robinson Community Store and have a look.

We will have solar eclipse glasses for sale. We will also be offering a limited supply of locally handmade pottery items to commemorate the event.
